The Inception
Founded on January 22nd, NGIF began as a grassroots initiative dedicated to redefining youth leadership across Africa.
Early Convenings
NGIF facilitated early regional leadership engagements, bringing together young changemakers to share ideas and build networks.
Institutional Growth
The organization expanded its scope, strengthening partnerships and increasing its presence within international youth leadership conversations.
Strategic Pivot
NGIF formally transitioned from a general charitable model to a specialized leadership incubation institution.
NGLA 2026 Launch
