Governing the use of the NGIF platform and The Academy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this platform, creating an account, or applying to NGLA 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Information you submit must be accurate and up to date.
3. Application Fee
The $20.00 USD application fee for NGLA 2026 is non-refundable. It covers the administrative costs of reviewing your application. Payment of the fee does not guarantee acceptance.
Charges are processed in ZAR (R 20,00). The exact local-currency amount can vary based on exchange rates and payment provider processing.

4. Community Standards
All members of the NGIF ecosystem, including applicants and Academy members, are expected to uphold the values of integrity, empathy, and innovation. Hate speech or harassment will result in immediate termination of account access.
5. User Content and Public Posts
If you submit public updates through the NGLA live feed or similar features, you grant NGIF a non-exclusive right to display that content on the platform. Do not post confidential or third-party information without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
Content produced by NGIF, including the master blueprint, training modules, and media assets, is the intellectual property of the Foundation.
7. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Paystack. NGIF does not store your full payment card details. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
